About Livigno Ski Resort

Livigno is well known as the snow safe skiing  paradise in Europe. In 2012 Livigno was awarded the World Snow Award for best European Ski Resort. Its altitude and microclima allows for excellent snow conditions and the ski season stretches from beginning of  December to end of April each year with 110 km of wide ski runs to enjoy (12 black, 37 red and 29 blue pistes) for all grades of skiers on both sides of the wide and sunny valley(carosello side and mottolino side).

Livigno is a rustic Italian ski resort and one not to be missed by the adventurous skier. It has become one of the top ski areas in Italy with over 110 km of skiing.  The whole ski area is linked by a regular ski-bus service, free.

All set against the backdrop of breathtaking mountain scenery, the village of Livigno is long valley approx. 10 km long & has for the majority, succeeded in preserving its Alpine traditions in its landscape, nature, culture and mountains architecture.

Its many attractions, including a pedestrian zone  with shops duty-free status, bars and restaurants,. Livigno ski resort offers sincere Italian hospitality in a fully Alpen atmosphere.
